Want to convert more of your website visitors? In most cases, it is usually some minor tweaks that will make a huge difference.

  1. Don’t make visitors think about what they have to do next once they get to your page.

  2. Stop talking about the features and focus on the benefits.
Eg. You don’t sell drill bits, you sell the smooth holes they create.

  3. Lose the technical talk. Your visitors are human, so talk to them like humans.

  4. Personalize your message on your pages. Utilizing the word “you” is a good way to invoke personal emotion.
Eg. “XYZ product will help you manage your business.”

  5. People buy based on emotion. Write your content so that it hits home with your visitors.

  6. Turn all of your products/services into propositions. People do not buy products, they buy solutions.

  7. Write compelling content on each of your landing pages.

  8. Create a call to action on each of your landing pages.

  9. Add a way to capture an action on each page.
Eg. Lead form, free consultation, buy now, etc.

  10. Keep most of your good content above the fold. It takes less than 8 seconds before a visitors decides they don't like what they see.

Hope this helps. I have many more to come.
